IMPORTANT NOTE:
As a security measure to avoid becoming victims of fraudulent purchases, for you and our company, you will be asked for additional information in cases such as:
- Being rejected with one or more payment attempts.
- If your payment has not been processed for more than 24 hours through the payment gateways Paypal, Stripe, Mercado
- If your order is marked as fraud.
- For credit or debit card payments on Paypal, Stripe, Mercado Pago for purchases over $12,000.00 pesos,
Requested information
- Official identification (IFE, driver's license or passport)
Both documents on both sides - A photo or screenshot of the credit/debit card you used for the purchase, showing only the last 4 digits displayed on the front.
- A letter accepting the charge for the amount.
If you don't want to send the card you used to make the purchase, you can send the transaction confirmation number provided by your bank, or a scan or photo of the cover of the most recent statement for the card you used to make the purchase.
An advisor will contact you via WhatsApp or phone if these types of situations are detected.
Failure to review the requested information will result in the cancellation of your order and/or membership.
